Guest guest Posted November 5, 2006 Report Posted November 5, 2006 Hello Bee, Most of the fat little organic garlic cloves I get measure an inch across (until you get to the inner core of the bulb then they are smaller). Is this the size you mean when you say to use 5 cloves of garlic a day? I love garlic anyway, so it doesn't really matter to me. The more the better. :-) By the way, the garlic tea is great! I have been blending the electrolyte drink with the garlic tea. I make the garlic tea first, have a hot cup and let the rest cool. Then I add the lemon juice and Celtic Seasalt and keep it available in the fridge to drink through out the day. Is this ok to do? Does it change the properties of the electrolyte drink too much? Thanks Bee! Debra NW Quote

The size of 5 cloves of garlic to take per day is medium in size (about 1/2 inch). > > By the way, the garlic tea is great! I have been blending the > electrolyte drink with the garlic tea. I love the way you and others are being so creative. Good on ya! Luv, Bee Quote
