Guest guest
Hi to all, I did email Bee privately but I think she is busy so she was unable to get back to me. I tried doing an enema for the first time yesterday. I hung the enema bag up and insterted the tube you know where but when I released the clamp to let the water pass through it wouldn't. It just remained in the bag and tube. What am I doing wrong? If someone could get back to me that would be truly great. Blessings, Naureen. Guest guest
HHello Naureen, One thing that comes to mind is to release a little water into the sink before you insert it because you need to let any air out of the tube. (You'll probabl stil have a tiny bit of air init but not as much as). Other than that, did you release the clamp? Us folks with brain fog can overlook the obvious :-) Elyse On 1/5/07, naury_006 <naury_006@...> wrote: > I hung the enema bag up and insterted the tube you know where but when > I released the clamp to let the water pass through it wouldn't... Guest guest
Hi Elyse, I tried that but am still having no luck. I tried releasing the clamp and seeing if the water passes through in the sink and it works fine. Is there anything else I could be doing wrong? Guest guest
hi Naureen, I had trouble the first time I tried an enema too and I'm trying to think back. What I can think of right now is maybe the bag is hanging too low to allow gravity to work? Are you lying on the floor to do it? I found that if i was on the floor and the bag was off a doorknob it didn't run that well. Then I tried it on a towel rack higher up and it worked better. If you end up putting it on a shower curtain rod, then be sure to release the clamp slowly otherwise from that height the water will rush quite a bit. It's best to run it slowly anyway. The other thing I can think of is to try and relax. It's possible that if your muscles are tense/tight that could cause a problem too. Hopefully some other people will chime in with ideas too. I had to switch to the bulb syringe too because I had problems. Do not be overly concerned about detoxing because the high " good " fats will do a great job, along with the other elements of the diet and program of course, particularly cod liver oil, and minerals from ocean sea salt and good mineralized water. > > While I'm on the topic - are colonics recommended and if so, does > anyone know if they are covered by insurance (for treatment of candida which is unrecognized by our physicians) and if not how much they run? ==>Most professionals who do colonics recommend too many in a row, done too close together, and they can do them too forcefully. So unless you have a reference from others it is better to do your own enema. I live in Canada so I wouldn't know about insurance problems. I've never had a colonic either. You can probably find out how much they are on the internet. The best, Bee
