You can take 1 tbls twice a day either in water or added to the raw egg drink or other foods. It is available at healh stores in the bulk bins. Do an archive search of the messages to get more details about it. You will need to take 50 - 100 mg of niacin in addition even though it does contain niacin. Niacin is so important for removing radiation and other toxins from the body, for improving circulation, and it provides oxygen (alternative to ozone therapy or H202 treatments). Bee Quote

Guest guest Posted October 11, 2006 Report Posted October 11, 2006 I'm new here and with severe dysbiosis. Alt doc said I will not heal without removal of my mercury fillings. I've studied both issues some long time. For B vits, non food source, I use the sublingual versions from Source Naturals as many merc toxic people have problems with oral supps and it is in the co enzyme form so ready to go:). I recently read of added problems from lack of B-12 so have sublingual version of it too. I cannot take daily. --- Bee Wilder <beeisbuzzing2003@...> wrote: > > > > > > > Personally, I like the b complex from Nutrilite > > June in SD > > ==>Where do you buy Nutrilite products? > > Bee Quote

This diet and the supplements chelate out heavy metals quick nicely, and chelating is one of the things the body does best when given the right nutrients to do the job. I didn't have my mercury fillings removed when I cured my candida in the mid 1980s (I couldn't afford it), yet it didn't stop me from getting well. I like the idea of sublingual B vits - do you have a website for them? You would get plenty of B-12 from meats as recommended on this diet, which are the only source of " real " B-12. See the article in our Candida Diet Folder about it. Bee Quote

Some didn't list ingredients so I have called only to be advised frutose was one of the ingredients. Survival enterprizes has a sublingual b vitamin sweetened with stevia. www.survival-enterprises.com Pat Brogan Quote
Guest guest Posted October 12, 2006 Report Posted October 12, 2006 Hi Bee, I'm Debbie, thought my email would say so, sorry for not signing. I am glad to be here and have your vast knowledge to learn new angles and my memory is not the best:O anyway. The first article I read online re B-12 as METHYLCOBALAMIN was this site, she has quite a bit of info though from a lay persons angle, it brought new ideas to me and her descriptions fit also for some of mine. http://www.health-boundaries-bite.com/B12-Malabsorption-Illness.html/ While trying to find this one, I found this one http://www.mts.net/~baumel/B12.htm/ I'd like to hear your story from the merc angle if you could, I get bad symptoms just from eating some foods that are natural chelators. That is why I don't take the Bs every day. Right now my liver is ailing so I have to address that before I start aiming higher. Right now my liver is ailing so I > have to address that before I start aiming higher. ==>The diet is the first two steps of my program so you can build up your immune system, cut off the food feeding candida and eliminate foods that are damaging. When you have candida you don't want to address the body as separate units, i.e. addressing the liver. My girlfriend's son at 10 years old was hospitalized with liver dysfunction and they couldn't find anything wrong. I'd been telling her for years that he had candida, but she wouldn't listen to me. Finally after being in the hospital she took him to a holistic M.D. and sure enough he had candida. He went on the diet, supplements, etc. and as he progressed his liver got better and better until finally it was normal again. ==>Candida puts out over 79 toxins, most of which are alcohol, so wonder candida sufferers have liver problems. Please read my article sent to you when you joined very thoroughly - it is also in our files (left menu) - it is in the 1st folder along with an article " Candida, how to get started. " There are many helpful things to detox your liver in addition to the diet, i.e. dry skin brushing, coffee enemas, clove and Pau D'arco teas, Epsom salt baths, liver massages, etc. The most healthy thing for your liver is the good nature-made fats, i.e. coconut oil, butter, lard, etc. along with oil soluble vitamins and omega-3. The liver clogs up badly with man-made fats (vegetable oils, margarine, etc.) which are like eating melted tupperware to the body because they are so toxic. When you read my article you will understand. The best to you, Bee Quote

Can I take the Methylcobalamin form of Vit B in conjunction of the Vit B Complex? Hi . Yes, it won't hurt you because B vitamins are water soluble so any that your body doesn't need it will just throw off. Bee > Quote
Guest guest Posted October 15, 2006 Report Posted October 15, 2006 Nutrilite can be found at Quixtar.com --- you can buy either wholesale or retail --- if you want to go in & look around you can use my website if you like which is www.rjmarketing.wwdb.biz --- you can use the access code health. If you have questions it would probably be good to e-mail me privately but that is of coarse, up to you Bee since this is your site,(smile) Bee, I do want to thank you for all the research & work you've done on this program -- my dh & I are both feeling better already -- we've been taking it slowly & haven't had real severe die-off symptoms. dh usually is having major asthma problems this time of year but he's doing fine this year -- we're both losing weight -- a good thing. & we're both having less trouble with acid reflux.
