on the diet but am getting there. I am having the electrolyte drink

four times a day and four tsp of CO a day. I am taking the cod liver

oil, vita c, calc/mag, vit b. I've just started the pau d'arco tea

three times a day. I still have a few things to get. I am doing the

skin brushing and celtic salt baths as well.

==>Very well done .

gaining weight. For a person who has always watched my weight this is

a bit scary. My periods didn't really come this week as expected, just

a tiny bit and some mucus that I don't normally see. Any idea on what

may be happening?

==>Bloating and gas are caused by candida being killed off, which puts

out carbon dioxide (gas). Would the weight be mostly from bloating or

from water retention? Because this diet is too low in carbs to cause

weight gain all by itself. As far as your period is concerned, it is

common for women starting on this program to have scant or no periods

for a time because their bodies need to put energy into healing and

dealing with all of the toxins candida puts out when killed off.

==>Also candida toxins make all of the body's cells go rigid and there

there are more from die-off. This means: 1) that hormones are not

going to be produced as they should, 2) hormones aren't being

transported as well, and 3) when hormones get to the cells it is more

difficult for them to get into them because the cells are rigid. Hang

in there, it won't last.

The best, Bee

That makes me feel better. At least I know this blosted stomach is

for a reason. The weight gain must be from that but I wondered also

whether the increased fats from the CO contributes to it. I also

forgot to mention that I have a constant pain on my left side lower

abdomen which started after about a week on the diet. Is there also

an explanation for this? Btw, I have also had increased energy this

week so that's a positive! Many thanks for your time Bee.

==>Nature made fats do not make your body create fat; carbs do!

Please see the article " How to Take the Fear Out of Eating Fat " in

the Oils & Fats Folder.

==>It's not your appendix because that is on your right side. Try

having a coffee enema and see if that helps it.

You are so welcome .

==>Yippee for you Anita. You are doing a lot that is right. Keep up

the good work.

Hi ,

There could be a few things going on that are making

you feel bloated and gaining weight:

- You aren't eating enough

- You are eating too much

- You are taking in too much salt or regular salt

instead of the sea salt

- You aren't eating the meats and veggies that work

best for your body type

- You are bloated because of die off and this is

temporary

- You are eating off plan foods along with on plan

foods - this is a disaster and will make you gain

weight quickly.. carbs and high fat don't mix.

If you'd like my help, let me know. Feel free to

respond here or to my email address privately.

It is a lot easier to act ourselves into new thinking than to think ourselves

into a new action.
