i've read a few people say they get it, not just on this board but

others. also, my chiropractor said it happened to a client of hers. i

realize everyone keeps saying its just dieoff, but im wondering why

exactly it does it in some people? what would be dying off to

fluctuate pulse rate? and why does it only happen to a select few|?

anyone know or have any idea?

or feel like doing research|? hehe

==>, coconut oil increases metabolism, including heartrate,

which not a bad thing. I do not believe it is only because of die-

off. Your heart's favorite food is good saturated fats and it is

necessary for heart health. A happy heart beats faster. The fact is

that those people who have heart palpitations do not have them " all the

time " ; they only occur intermittently. But the medicos believe that

any fluctuations in heart rate means something is wrong. That is not

true. They also label all healing reactions as separate diseases.

Those people who get increased heartrates obviously required the

coconut oil or other good fats for their heart.
