Salt has iodine. Better to take a kelp supplement or eat lots of fish or

learn about ways to have seaweed, or all of the above.

Hi Jack. Did you read my article " How to Successfully Overcome

Candida " because it discusses the need for a good ocean sea salt to be

added to foods and to take it in my electrolyte drink (juice of 1/2

lemon and 1/4 tsp. ocean sea salt in 6 ounces of water) which is drunk

6 times per day. Ocean sea salt like Celtic (Nature's Cargo in Canada)

or Himalayan contain over 84 minerals along with " real " chloride and

sodium required by every cell in the body. Maybe read about it in my

article and also check out the Salt folder for more information about

the dangers of regular table salt compared to good ocean sea salt.

Cheers, Bee

Swanson Vitamins sells excellent Himalayan Salt and pretty cheap. That's become my favorite source. I'm a Lymie, doing 15g. of salt and C per day, so price matters!Be well,LĂ©naOn Nov 7, 2011, at 12:08 AM, none wrote: I went looking for some in my local shops. The Himalayan salt is highly coloured and almost $12 for 500g, the Celtic Salt offered is very fine and white and a lot cheaper. I thought the Celtic Sea salt was supposed to be creamy light pink. Anyone? I do not want to spend my money on the wrong salt!
