Please read the articles you were sent upon joining the group, particularly Bee's article, " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " . In that article you will find tons of information to explain about candida and to help you get your diet cleaned up and relieve yourself of all those annoying problems you're experiencing. Natural healing takes time, diligence and patience so don't expect your symptoms to ease right away...but I can assure you they will, in time.
