Guest guest
Sue, my heart goes out to you. I sure feel bad for you, but don't despair. We are all praying for you here. And this is probably the best place to be. I think Bee can help with answers to your questions on what to do. Even Jackie, who also had it, can offer help. We'll be here for you. May God Bless you and heal you. Val susan <tauttodream@...> wrote: thank you shirley and beth . Guest guest
Hi , Pau d'arco tea is a very mild antifungal and is also being touted as an anti-cancer remedy. I do believe there have been many successes with it as a cancer treatment. From what I've read, it does not interfere with any other known medicine or treatment. It does act mildly as a blood thinner also. I don't know if that could cause the increased bleeding or not. Guest guest
> >eating healthy is one thing but limiting > people to fat protein and carbs maybe create a problem... Hi Sue, I can understand your anger and the need to find someone or something to blame. It's a natural part of the process of accepting what is happening. But I can tell you that this started long before you came to this program. Please do some research on the kind of cancer you've been given a diagnosis of to help you understand it better. You see, *everyone* has cells in their body that have the *potential* to become cancer. Cells mutate all the time. A strong immune system easily overtakes those mutant cells and doesn't allow them to become cancer. There are also many other factors that give one the propensity towards cancer. Thre are environmental factors and genetic factors at play. It's way more complicated that JUST what a person is eating. In my reading, understanding and knowing, there is also an intrinsic connection between the mind and the body. The way we cope with things that happen to us and the way we internalize issues and they way we talk to ourselves also has a deep impact on our immune system. In my reading about breast cancer, if I recall correctly, the current research says that a tumor has been growing for at least 7 yrs. before it becomes detectable on a mammogram or through other testing methods. When I read that, I immediately started to think back to what was happening in my life 7 yrs. prior to my diagnosis...it happened to be a very hard time in my life when my marriage was breaking down, I had lost my job and my sense of self-worth was lower than low. I was not taking care of myself at all...so it was easy for me to see how my immune system was not being supported with my mind, emotions or what I was eating. In hindsight, it was easy for me to see that I was cultivating an environment within myself for cancer to take hold. I know it will be difficult to believe right now, but this really isn't the disaster it might seem to be. It can be a time of great opportunity for you and your family...opportunities to learn more about yourself and each other, to learn how much you value each other, and to learn more about the importance of total body, mind, spirit health. This is a time to deepen your relationships with yourself, your family and your Higher Power. And as always, it must be said that we are not doctors here...we've never claimed to be. The info presented is based on Bee's 20 yrs. of experience, research and her work with many, many people who have used this plan and have been helped by it. I hope what I've said has helped in some way. jackie
