Guest guest
I have been doing Bee's diet for two months now and am seeing great results. I find as I feel better, I start to crave chocolate and sneak a dark chocolate chip or three. I was hesitant to try Bee's Egg drink but after doing so am hooked. I've recommended this and your site to others who are very thankful to you! Thanks for having such a wealth of information and sharing it! I know God is blessing me through your site on my pathway to healing. I'm add a just a bit of corn and rice each week to keep my weight balanced. I am enjoying reading the posts and trying what is working for others. I found a source for coconut oil from a jar at my market and wanted to know about using Palm oil. I am going to enclose the link for you to check out and give me your input. www.junglepi.com Thank you, laura

You are welcome for the information my friend. > I'm add a just a bit of corn and rice each week to keep my weight balanced. ==>Corn is an absolute no-no mainly because it is genetically modified and mycotoxic (contains fungal toxins) which are inherent in the plant. It is too early to add any grains of any kind my dear. Weight is the very least of your problem when you have candida. I, too, was thin and lost a lot of weight; at one point I was losing 3 lbs. per day, but I cured my candida and my weight normalized. Now I'm fat and sassy! (not fat really). > I am enjoying reading the posts and trying what is working for others. I found a source for coconut oil from a jar at my market and wanted to know about using Palm oil. The label must state that the coconut oil is undeoderized, unrefined, non-hydrogenated, etc. per my article. , do a site search on my website for the section on Coconut Oil which provides a list of acceptable ones, comparisons, etc. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com ==>If you live in North America the best and cheapest coconut oil is Virgin Coconut Oil from Mountain Rose Herb company in Eugene, Oregon; 1 gallon is only $28 US plus shipping. It is excellent too! Bee >

Guest guest
I really like palmoil with vco, salt, pepper, dried onion, and CRAWFISH meat served over spagetti squash. The palm oil gives it a great crab boil look and taste. Kara
