Guest guest
Welcome to the Group, Your symptoms sound as though they could definitely be a list for systemic candida. In the " Files " section of this group, you can find g's story, he also had allergies and skin problems; he tells how he turned it all around. You can also read Sandy's Helpful Tips for a healthy diet. And you can find many links to other sites put together by Tony. He tells his success story and gives you links to a great deal of free guidance. You can find this information by first going to the Home Page for this group at candidiasis/. Then click on the word " Files " in the list on the left side of the screen. Next, click on " A Good Starting Place for New People. " Then you will see the folders described above. You named the first problem that you need to change--diet. It's great that you have cut out sugar & caffeine. You also need to stop white flour, rice and pasta. They turn to sugar in your body and feed the candida. We all know it's not easy to make these changes. But, if you keep reading this list each day and read the file information and the links, you will begin to fill your mind with the right way to live in order to take care of yourself in a healthy way. You don't have to buy much of anything. As you read g's story, you will notice how important it is to begin detoxing your body through colon cleansing and other methods. mentions using Colosan for that purpose. You can buy that on the web by putting the word into Google. A 5-6 month supply is about $25.00. If you take those two steps: cleaning up your diet to stop feeding candida and cleansing your digestive system to eliminate candida, you will most likely begin to see your symptoms improve in a few weeks. Take it one day at a time. Eventually, you may want to begin other cleansing techniques such as liver flushing. But for now start the first steps. After reading the info in the files, if you have any questions, feel free to ask. And keep us posted as you go along. Wishing you well McKelvey U.K. --- shrek_rules31 <misspriss_29@...> wrote: --------------------------------- Hello ya'll, Am new to the board and am in desperate need to rid my system of Candida & to learn as much as I can about it.Iam a 31 year old Woman that has taken Antibiotics many times in my life. The last time I took long term was in 1997.I had an MSSA Infection in 2 Discs in my spine. I was on several different Antibiotics until the right one was found (Nafcillin)for 3 1/2 months.During that time I had a severe Vaginal Yeast Infection. I have pus filled pimples and an occasional Boil,I have " places " not a pimple that comes to a head that I can squeeze and Pus shoots out and smells to high heaven,my skin itches,I have a constant dry scalp. My nose is stopped up & I cant blow it unless I take a round of sneezing or in a hot steamy shower. My feet are red, they itch on bottom and they burn.I have Panic Attacks and am constantly Anxious.I have Dizziness,Nausea, fatigue,am hyper-vigilant & scanning of how I feel,I never feel good,Ive had a Fungal Infection in my L ear that I got black gunk out of. Ive had Conjuctivitis in my R eye,a bluish tinged discharge from both Breasts.I have Fungal infections on my toenails and on my R thumbnail. My rectum itches,I have gas frequently and am at times constipated..not to the point of being completely(bound for lack of a better word)but hard stools. At times my lower Colon cramps to the point my mouth fills with water and I belch. It passes after I use the bathroom and spit the water out.I Hyperventilate often and feel the need to constantly gasp, sigh, yawn or expand my chest to take in more air. Im certain I have left many many symptoms out that I experience but am sure you will get the picture of what is going on with me. Most of these symptoms came on 7-9 years ago but when I look back even as a child I had Impetigo and frequent pimples on my body. I eat to much white bread, white flour,Rice & Pasta.I stay away from Caffeine,Sugar and extra Salt.I know Im not eating like I should but I do try. I dont have alot of extra money to buy the things I need to use to rid my body and my Insurance will not cover me to go to an ND. Any tips and ideas is much welcomed.I would like to learn more of the symptoms of Systemic Candida. Thank you
