Guest guest
I honestly develop severe brain fog when it comes to understanding the " story of fats " . So far I know olive oil and flax oil and butter and coconut oil are the most beneficial - coconut oil also being antifungal. But can someone tell me if it's okay to, say, saute things in coconut oil - that is, to heat it to higher temps? Thanks - Penny

I have done it many times and was told it is ok. Rhonda

Guest guest
You can find more about saturated fat at www.raypeat.com. If you find him hard to read and easier version of him can be found at www.litalee.com. Joan > Saturated fat is very good for you. In fact there is a book titled Saturated > Fat May Save Your Life by Dr. Bruce Fife. And saturated fat in Coconut Oil > is ESPECIALLY GOOD FOR YOU. >
