I find psyllium and bnetonite both to be good for my stool quality, and bentonite is good for queasy stomach, and probably good for cleaning up bad bugs in the intestines. A number of people on another list I'm on use bentonite or its pascalite variant when they go out to eat to bind up stray undigested proteins and protect against accidental exposure to allergens. I used caprylic acid as part of a much broader protocol that was very helpful but have never used it by itself.
