i tried the psyllium and bentonite for about a week...it made me too nauseous

together and i really couldn't tell a difference...but again i only did it for a

week...

the naturopath i'm seeing says caprlyic acid and gse and all those popularized

herbs aren't necessary..the ones she recommends (quantum's stay sober, kantita,

colon cleanse, greens, hcl and activator) " do the trick " ...she has a lot of

success rate so i duno...

I find psyllium and bnetonite both to be good for my stool quality,

and bentonite is good for queasy stomach, and probably good for

cleaning up bad bugs in the intestines. A number of people on another

list I'm on use bentonite or its pascalite variant when they go out to

eat to bind up stray undigested proteins and protect against

accidental exposure to allergens.

I used caprylic acid as part of a much broader protocol that was very

helpful but have never used it by itself.
