yogurt for yeast infections..changed title

I have only had 3 or 4 yeast infections in my life. And putting yogurt up there has worked the best. Especially at night. I would just put on a panty liner and cotton underwear. It seems to sooth right away as well. I thought someone gave another idea of putting something in gel caps sounded very alkalizing and soothing for the area..but dont remember the ingredietpatriot1023 <janis1023@...> wrote:
