Guest guest
Sandy, get rid of that nutrition book! Even an amateur knows that fruits and veggies rich in color are usually packed with cancer-fighting, anti-aging nutrients. It is true that they stain skin and clothes, though, as well as nails. Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly with soap after handling or, better yet, use gloves to prevent your nails from turning a bit yellow. Once I did not wash them well enough, and my kitchen towel has been stained ever since. Guest guest
Hi and all I noticed Knudson has juice called Just Juice...I used their Cranberry Juice for my bladder...however I was wondering if their Just Juice that is Just Pomegranite or Just Cherry juice might be a good choice even if I have candidata,or would it be too sweet still? Guest guest
I get mine from www.iherb.com from Jarrow, it isn't sweet and it is concentrated. Guest guest
and Lona, Thanks for clarifying the information on pomegranites. As I said in my note, I don't know much about them. The author of the book I checked evidently didn't know much either. I should have done a Google search because the book came out in '92. It's a good point that if there's a lot of color, there's usually a lot of nutrients. Thanks for the reminder, . Best wishes, Sandy > Sandy, get rid of that nutrition book!
