Guest guest
with fruit...bananas are a bout the worst in general in terms of feeding candida...i find apple /pear family pretty bad too....Researcher , Chupka (forgot his name )..showed apple /pear are some of the most easily fermentable fruit..fwiw New program--Question Hi all, I've just begun another attempted candida fighting program. In my arsenal I have probiotics, Aloe Vera juice, d'Arco bark, L- glutamine, Bentonite, Psyllium, and grape-fruit seed extract. I am frustrated with my health of late, so am going balls out this time. (Plus I just got paid). I am gradually eliminating coffee from my diet too. I have gluten, dairy, and corn intolerance, so am sticking mostly to rice, veggies, whole grains (trying), and fish, and fruit (just apples and bananas). Sound good? Oh yeah, and I know it's kind of taboo, but nuts too. My question is this: Should I employ my entire arsenal at once, or is there a method to this madness which I should be trying to follow? Thanks, s
Guest guest
i would rotate the anti fungals (four days each), get some inulin as a prebiotic, and cut the rest of the grains and fruit out. nuts are ok unless your allergic and theyre not pistachios, walnuts, or peanuts. otherwise, you're good to go. good luck! this is the best place if you have questions. everyone here is awesome and helpful. aliqaesong > Hi all, > > I've just begun another attempted candida fighting program. Guest guest
I believe rye bread and canned soup are big NOs for candida. Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong. Chris
Guest guest
, I drank coffee for the kick/caffeine. Does Babmu have this, or are you mostly saying it's benefit is the taste? Which leads me to another question, is caffeinated tea also a no-no??? Kari Re: New program--Question Hi , Sounds like you are on the right path so far Definatly cut out the coffee cold turkey if you can! When I quit it (I have sensitivities to caffine)I hada constant headache for about 2 weeks. I found areally good substitute! I drink a lot of herbal teasnow, but I also found a coffee substitute "Babmu" isthe most common brand out there, but you can find itin most health food stores: It's comprised of barley, acorns and figs and tastes quite a bit like coffee.
