Guest guest
From what I have read the caffeine does not react the same as an enema as drinking it. When I read it I couldnt believe it, thinking of all the veins there and that it would be transported faster. (Guess that shows my ignorance of the human anatamy) However I have done them many times now and always it has had a calming effect. I go to sleep like a baby. Once I stop going to the toilet. And feel great the next day. I do recall my first one I had more trips to the bathroom. But only for an hour or so. That was my experience. I did read if it made you hyper to lessen the coffee brewed. I made a very strong coffee because I first learned of it from a friend who did liver cleansing with coffee enemas only. She was cured of lymphatic cancer and it was just about all she did with some liver supporting herbs. Hope your experience is as calming and positive as mine has been. gigiJanine <Janine@...> wrote: Hi Debbie,That's cool. The first one I did way back in 1991, I was up all nite. Do you think it was the caffeine that made you feel so good? Caffeine used to be the 'drug of choice' when they first discoveredit. I guess it still is for some. :)Janine

Guest guest
HI All Talking about sleeping like a baby, Would someone be so kind to help me like I was a baby because I am really new to all of this. I have never had an enema although I am sure it would benefit me greatly. What would I do to try to attempt one is there a bag you buy anywhere specifically where would you purchase it and the coffee you boil it and put it in the bag does the enema bag instructions tell youhow to go about doing it. How much do they cost and how long do you do it how many times. I really dont know and would like some education on the matter thanks you guys are great. Thanks ShereeGiGi Hein <nydio@...> wrote: From what I have read the caffeine does not react the same as an enema as drinking it. Guest guest
Hi Sheree, There are enema bags you can purchase for fairly inexepensively, around $10 - I got mine at Rite Aid last year. As far as instructions, I recommend this link to the enema page at curezone.com http://curezone.com/cleanse/enema/ on it you will find detailed instructions for enemas using coffee, plain water and other combinations for specific health issues... Take some time to read about it and at the Enema/Hydrotherapy Forum on curezone, there is a colon hydrotherapist there named PTree who will gladly help you through anything regarding enemas or colonics... Let us know how we can help you. Deborah > HI All > > Talking about sleeping like a baby, Would someone be so kind to help me like I was a baby because I am really new to all of this.
