Guest guest
Hi Danna, This decision is up to you. What does your diet currently consist of? Have you tried an elimination diet? Once you get your diet to where you and having normal bowl movements, try eating an additional food to see how your body reacts. Here is some good info on cleansing: http://curezone.com/cleanse/ Quoting minnieshinnie <minnieshinnie@...>: > I was reading posts trying to gain some more knowledge and read about > someone eating meat vegetables and cheese. Guest guest
As a gen'l rule, eliminate all dairy, including cheese and butter. They contain lactose, a sugar. Try margarine, but read the ingredients as many use dairy products, including nonfat milk. For liver cleansing, I did notice a difference after about 3-4 days with a thing called CleanseMax. It was $30 or so for a mo. supply. You take 2 pills in the morn before eating, then 2 pills at night, and drink 8-11 glasses of water throughout the day. It did seem to clear the brain fog a bit, more so than the probiotics or anything. It was a pain with all that water, but I noticed that as the day progressed I gave out less. The cleanse wasn't permanent, FYI. Glenn > Also read some recent posts about liver cleansing, and coffee thing > after. Guest guest
Hi Glenn: Margarine isn't good for anyone. Butter is better. If you're confused about fats and want to know the truth, go to www.westonaprice.org cheers - p ----- Original Message ----- From: " apchat2000 " <apchat@...> > As a gen'l rule, eliminate all dairy, including cheese and butter. > They contain lactose, a sugar. I doubt there is anything in butter to affect candidia. Cheese is only a problem some say because of yeasts. But it has no lactose in it either. I had no problem eating both. Now with leaky gut I can eat cheese or butter but no other dairy products. Cream is also lactose free. ..
Guest guest
I read some dr's no-yeast diet online (I forget who it was now) but he said that it's okay to eat cheese as long as it's thoroughly melted. Also I have heard butter is okay too. Thank goodness because I love it and I would never use margarine anyway -it's so bad for you!
