To follow up on what Duncan said, my allegies dimished greatly after

my first few liver flushes.

The eight essentials so far identified as necessary components of the

cell receptor sites are:

glucose

xylose

mannose

fucose

galactose

n-acrtylglucosamine

n-acetylneuraminic acid

n-acetylgalactosamine

Of these, the two most likely to be in shortest supply are mannose,

which comes in aloe vera and cranberry, and fucose, which comes from

kelp and other sea vegetables.

Good thing, because as we know, the glucose is out and the xylose,

which is a component of coconut meat, also breeds candida.

But whatever, we need them all, and if we're healthy we can create them

back and forth from glucose in small amounts, but we can lose that

ability if we're sick.

So I have some clients on Ambrotose from Mannatech. I have reversed

autoimmne disorders with it.

There are 8 essential sugars that help the cells in your

body " communicate with each other " - this enables your body to " heal

itself " the way God intended. It comes in powdered or pill form from

Mannatech. Kathy in TX
