I felt the same way you do and I also was dealing with a lot of sick feelings

and diarrhea and constipation. Right after my first colonic I felt so much

better. Now and then I feel a little sick afterward but not as bad as I felt

before I started colonics and diet changes. I have realized that for me not

eating too much or anything too heavy the night before. You should definitely

not be scared to do it.

Thanks Carla. So do you only do colonics or have you done parasite

or liver cleanses as well? I think I would be okay with the colonic

but I worry the other cleanses would definitely make me sick.

I bought an on-line copy of the Moritz liver cleanse book yesterday

and I really don't think my system could handle that without vomiting

all night and that's not something I'm willing to put myself through

at this point.

I'd love to hear back from anyone on this list who has benefited from

doing the colonics and diet change alone? Thanks -

Of course colonics would be a benefit, but if you liver is clogged up

with stones, just cleansing the colon would bring only temporary

relief as the continued digestive impairment would lead to more

toxicity and colon problems later. Liver flushing really is not that

bad. you could try doing it with less than the full amount oil to see

how you handle it. or ask other people in the liver flush forum at

www.curezone.com how they felt when doing the flushes...

Hi Charisse,

I haven't don't the s Moritz cleanse, but I have

done many other herbal and homeopathic liver cleanses

before and they were fine. I asked my colon therapist

if anyone has ever puked before (because I was feeling

a little sick the other day at one point) She said no

one has ever been sick. Some people have ran to the

toilet, but the feeling passes and no one has ever

vomitted.
