Bones contain calcium and phosphorus in an ideal balance, as well as a variety of unique proteins and glycoproteins. They are a good source of several sugars that are considered " glyconutrients. " (Keep in mind that you can't utilize glyconutrients properly if you are taking cholesterol-lowering drugs or red yeast rice.) You can supplement with bone meal powder. The most cost-effective I've found is NOW's bone meal powder. They have it capsulized as mycrocyrstaline hydroxyapatite, but the straight bone meal powder is cheaper. Guest guest
Cal mag is best taken on an empty stomach. You may feel a bit more tired due to the relaxing effect of those minerals. Cal and mag is not really an antacid per se. Cal is found in Tums, but they just put it in there as a selling point. It doesnt really do anything good because you need acid to absorb minerals. Guest guest
I believe that i got candida first from progesterone shot which imbalanced my hormonal system. But it come up visible only after antibiotic intake.I have red on Candida International that it is recommemded to take GLA if it is the reason. But I am afraid to do that too because of adenomyosis. My recent test showed high progesterone but doc said it can fluctuate so i don`t need to do anything about that. And I notised that intake of estrogenic herbs cause hot flashes to me. All other things are normal in my test including cortisol, minerals and vitamins except D. It is very strange given the fact that I have so much food intolerances and digestive problems. > > > > > Hi , > > > You are suppose to take it at bedtime, or a half hour before you go to > > bed. > > > I always take mind at bedtime.
