Guest guest
Dear all, Group hug from me too . Thank you for your replies to my last query. Now I know to get back on the course, I need to clean my liver first. I've done two cleanses but will keep them going till I get rid of all the liver green things. Can see you smiling, . My colonics has arrived from the US and unfortunately I read the post by Dr. A Moritz today stating that colosan ( I think) was better. . Since I've spent a huge bit on it, I'll go ahead with that for the meantime. Does anybody know how much damage sugar inflicts on Candida. I just had the worst sugar urge ever - a big box of Indian Mithai (sweets) was lying on the kitchen counter and it got the better of me. Plus, i need to keep having to fight of the urge to have a good cuppa tea because of my long nights spent doing my dissertation and the cold in Yorkshire... So far, I have resisted most of the time, but I guess the fungus feed on the tiny 5% I succumb to temptation. If I had like a visual concept of the damage, I would probably be much stricter. This is quite an uphill climb. Went for a weekend to a friends place and they couldnt understand my new diet and made fun of me... but allowed me to eat what i wanted anyways. Thanks for all the support. And if anybody can translate to me in terms of damage, I would be truly grateful. Cheers, Cleona. Time is not a line, but a series of now points. - Taisen Deshimaru India Matrimony: Find your life partneronline.
Guest guest
Cleona- smiling indeed. re your slips, don't sweat it. From what I have learned, fear of food, or what you have eaten, can have a very negative impact on you. if you eat something with sugar, don't fret about it, just enjoy it and move on and forget about it. its not the end of the world. s' book " key to health " has a great section on overcoming addictions, which can apply to sugar. > Dear all, > > Group hug from me too . Guest guest
Hi Cleona: How's things in Yorkshire? Anyway, I know what you mean by saying if you had a " visual " of the candida it would help. I struggled with that for a long time too. I now picture it kinda like ecxema clinging to the wall of the intestines, etc. Which would explain one of the reasons it's so darned hard to eradicate. And I know what you mean about the insatiable cravings. My first clue 15 years ago that something was amiss, was eating a whole, huge box of caramels in one night. I just couldn't stop. (And they weren't even mine - think they were in my husband's Christmas stocking, lol) Apparently when you feed the Candida (and it loves sugar and white flour and so forth), it gives off toxins. These, in turn overburden your system - especially the liver - and you feel lousy. What's wrong with having a cuppa, by the way? Do you put sugar in it? I used to be a tea granny (raised in Britain) - sugar and milk - but slowly got used to drinking green tea. As for s preferring Colosan (actually, he recommends colonics first, colemas second and then Colosan) - I don't really think it matter what you use to clean your colon, just so long as you clean it. Good luck on your journey to good health. (We're entertaining 8 people for the holiday weekend here and I will be up to my ears in " illegal " food for three days - but I shall try my best and get back at it with a vengeance when the holiday is over.) Be easy on yourself and take it a baby step at a time. Ta ra - p Sugar and candida > Dear all, > > Group hug from me too . Thank you for your replies to my last query. Guest guest
Hello, Thanks Penny and .. Its apparently the worst winter in a long time, Penny but the sun peeps out every now and then. I come from sunny Goa so this Yorkshire weather is so difficult to get used to:) I know what you mean though by liver cleanses, . I recommended it to my husband and best friend. Now, I need them to do a repeat and I keep forwarding links to my entire family who are quite fed up of me by now..but I care passionately about their livers so I'll stay stubborn and persistent...in a nice way.. I need to buy some malic acid and then start again on the cleanses. The colonics I bought is not recommended by Dr. Moritz - my error, its spelt Colonix and i got it off drnatura.com from the US as I was desperate...and did not do enough research. Take care all, livers, yeast and all, Cleona. Time is not a line, but a series of now points. - Taisen Deshimaru India Matrimony: Find your life partneronline. Guest guest
Cleona- knowledge is power... don't sweat buying a product you really don't need, just a learning experience. I bought so much crap before I finally figured out I didn't need anyone of it. sure some of it brought short term relief, but so what if it doesn't get at the root of the problem? (the vast majority of products don't). learned later that a lot of it could have even set me back by adding to the burden on the body. so many products out there, all promising to change your life... well in my experience most are a waste of time and money. Sounds like you have gathered that fact as well. g > Hello, > > Thanks Penny and .. > > Its apparently the worst winter in a long time, Penny but the sun peeps out every now and then.
