Guest guest
Hey , I just asked a similar question tonight regarding apple juice I've just discovered from this group, that taking 1500-2000mg of Malic Acid per day is the same as drinking 1 litter of Apple juice each day. Just make sure to take the dosage through spread out intervals through out the day.As for you apprehension, I'm in the same boat as you, getting ready to do my second one, since my first one was not successful, I'm not sure why, I followed the guidelines pretty tightly, fresh squeezed grape juice and all, but nonetheless I won't let it discourage me. I'll tell you one thing though, it got me a little nauseated but it didn't kill me! *GRIN* -ras apple juice/liver flush Hi everyone; I have a question. I am getting ready to do the liver flush (my first) on monday night as that is my "off time". I have been trying to do the 32 oz a day apple juice but have been getting really depressed! I think it is way too much fruit and sugar. Has anyone else used the malic acid and is it hard to find in a regular health food store? Also I am scared about the liver flush as my body is way sensitive but I am so sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. My liver already has felt bloated for months and maybe years. It feels tender around it. Also I feel that I have gall stones in my gall bladder as I have felt sharp pains there at times and when I have had a lot of olive oil. Is this going to be scary? I am desperate to feel better and want to do what it takes but I am scared I will go into a gallbladder attack. I know that the malic acid is suppose to soften the stones, wherever they are, and that there is malic acid in the apple juice. But has anyone that was in bad shape done the liver flush and really felt okay during it and after it? Also I am planning on using salt water enemas before and after because I have had not so good reactions to colonics. I think the PH is off on regular tap water colonics that the professionals use, because there is no salt in the water and it just throws things off? Any experience? Thanks for all the shares on the liver flushes.

Actually, if you go into the forums of Curezone, you can read about people who have done liver flushes during full blown gall bladder attacks, and they felt much better afterwards. Plus it saved them from surgery which is modern medicine's answer to gall stones. You will be fine. Can't say you will feel great, but it will be painless. Oh, and I have never done the apple juice or malaic acid. Not necessary at all. Plus apple juice causes your body to release toxins, hence you feel bad. I just do the flushes with no preparation, and they work just fine for me. Good luck, Hanida
Guest guest
Hi , you should be able to find malic acid anywhere they sell wine making supplies. Malic acid is the thing that makes green apples taste green. They have it here in town for $1.99 for 50 grams. The salt water idea I'm sure has some merit. I bought a saline nasal mist thing the other day that has a .9% saline solution. It doesn't burn at all, where plain water would burn. A similar salt concentration would be good for use in an enema I would think. It's called an isotonic solution because it contains the same amount of salt as the body fluids do. The .9% measure is by weight. Bruce From: Has anyone else used the malic acid and is it hard to find in a regular health food store? Guest guest
, I bought my malic acid here: http://www.piwine.com/beginner.html You can buy it at a health food store, but when someone asked about this at the Ask s forum, he said that the malic acid at the health food store always contains other ingredients. This doesn’t help you for Monday’s flush but maybe the apple juice will have softened the stones enough for this flush. apple juice/liver flush Hi everyone; I have a question. Guest guest
Dear , I can assure you it is not scary at all. I have always felt miserable but despite this I had no pain or bad reaction during and after the liver flush. It was last Friday as well as my first. On Sunday I felt very toxic because it released a lot of toxins but to deal with this I strongly recommend to arrange for a colonic two/ three days after it. I'm sure (since some of them are very small) that a few stones got trapped in my gut and that is the reason for the toxicity sensation. Hope this will help Simona apple juice/liver flush Hi everyone; I have a question. I am getting ready to do the liver flush (my first) on monday night as that is my " off time " .
