Guest guest
Date: Fri, 16 Jul 2004 19:58:16 -0000 From: " chits " <ren_ata@...> We will soon begin a system to help us with the yeast. What we wanted to find out from some of you, what are somne suggestions with foods. We viewed the Do's and Don'ts and it seems to us that this is much like a vegan diet minus the sugars. Hi Renata, Welcome. From what I understand, the vegan diet contains an awful lot of grains, fruit, etc. It may not be the best for everyone. I know there are folks here who eat some grains, etc. and have no problem. On the other hand, I've found that, for me, a low-carb diet is the only thing to keep me feeling good -- no grains, more or less just meat, veggies, and some dairy work for me. I am of the firm belief that not every diet works for every person. That said, in general all you need to keep in mind is that carbs tend to feed the candida so you need to experiment with what works for you. Hope this helps. ) Sherry (from Oregon)
