Guest guest
Hi - I don't pass out. However, I don't sweat either. My husband, on the other hand, (who is very healthy, touch wood) sweats profusely when he works or exercises. This is healthy. I thought I read somewhere recently that the skin can eliminate a couple of pounds of toxins through the skin daily. (Although that number does sound a tad high, LOL) Anyway, especially when I'm having a " bout " , I take lots of hot epsom salt baths - seems to help . > I haven't been able to perspire to cool since I was a little girl. Guest guest
Thanks, Penny, I've wondered about not being able to " sweat out " toxins, and I've been taking epsom salts baths, too. How much do you use at a time? And how long to you soak? > Hi - I don't pass out. > > However, I don't sweat either. Guest guest
Simona- Probably anyting with animal fats or a lot of chemicals in it. I try to use as little as possible. deotorant/antiperspirants are really bad. try to find natural products (except avoid " natural " animal fats. > > > > Hi - I don't pass out. > > > > > > > > However, I don't sweat either.
