Hi

I have read that doing colossans or oxypowder can help detox without getting

sick. The collosans clean out the large and small intestines as well as

keeping you from getting sick.

Hi Katerine

Check this link from s' forum on flushing with the moon cycles.

http://www.curezone.com/forums/m.asp?f=337 & i=3225

I've noticed a difference flushing on the night of the new moon, I've

done it twice so far, and even though I was sick the last time I

flushed, I decided to go ahead with it anyway, and I still had great

results.

I now take apple cider vinegar before flushing, but for probably the

first 10 flushes I took nothing to soften the stones with no problems

that I'm aware of. Also, I don't always remember to start taking it

on time. So I normally only take it for 3 or 4 days prior to flushing.

preferably coincide with a day between full moon and new moon. The 6-

day preparation period can start 5-6 days before the full moon. " (p.

101) That means it is already too late to start prepping for a liver

flush this month. Better to wait two weeks and start prepping the

week before the full moon or later during the full moon.

Rick,

Thanks for the link. Since I tend to be a critical person, I would like to

point out that our beloved s is not perfect. He has this way of being

imprecise with language that leads to just the confusion we have witnessed --

and he needs to get himself a good editor!

Best,

Hi

You said

Thanks, Kathy. I would be curious to try that. Last time, I was

super-emotional for the week after the flush, which led to a huge fight with

my husband and a lot of emotional eating

If you look at s Book near the liver flush section ..you will find

out abut the colonics and the collasans and oxy powders. Also you can look

them up on the net.

Well I cut him some slack in that English is not his native

language... that being said, a good editor means everything. I came

across that same part of the book, and assume it must be a typo...

shouldn't the " full moon " really read " new moon " ?
