Dr. B " requires " the following:

By one month post-op, one mile/day.

By two months post-op, two miles/day.

By three months post-op, three miles/day continued indefinitely.

Five miles/day sounds way too aggressive at one month post-op to me.

I used to do five/day three times/week. But NEVER every single day.

I think that as long as you do something every day and notice you

can go a little further and feel a little better and stronger, you

are on the right track.

I was thinking the same thing about clothes. You can always return

something if it doesn't work out and it is certainly best to stop

AFTER you're finished. I love the idea about watching for things to

be marked down. This is the perfect time of year for finding

incredible bargains!
