Guest guest
I have been reading all the links and email for this site. About a year ago I developed very sore and itchy rashes under my arms and then a jock itch and then big red patches on my face. I saw my Doctor three times. (66 dollars a visit) I had heard of candida and asked him about it. He said well at least you are not waving a 1983 book in my face and telling me what YOU think YOU have! He then tells me he has no idea why my face is so bad. I see a dermatologist. Takes me 2 months to get an appointment and at that time I had no rashes so he doesn't know anything! I see a Nutritionist and she puts me on a candida yeast and sugar free diet with vitamins and supplements. I find you Bee and adopt your way of methods of dealing with this condition. OK. Now it is about 6 months. Little rashes come and go but now I have the worst rash on my face...eyes swollen....that I have ever had. I read your link that says you can have die-offs for every year you have had this condition. My spit test is now clean. Is this normal? Spit test normal but rashes worse than ever! I know this is a long process but I do feel discouraged.
