Guest guest Posted February 26, 2008 Report Share Posted February 26, 2008 I posted some pics also a few weeks ago. The after was taken a few weeks ago at my year anniversary -- down 50lbs. I had a good meeting at Duke with both the Nurse Practitioner and the Nutritionist. Both were very happy with my progress and my lifestyle changes. I had thought that they might have wanted me to lose a bit more for the first year....I am about 35 lbs away from where I maybe should be, but I am thrilled with where I am now!
