Guest guest
Lorrie, It is good to hear from you! I'm glad to hear your bladder is better. I have not had revision surgery, but do have some mild bladder problems. And I have thought it might be part of my back problem. Let me recommend one thing for your depression--LIGHT. Get some full spectrum lights and turn them up full blast in the room you spend the most time in. This won't help a lot, but it might help some and it sure won't hurt you. I think the meds you are on might be causing some of your problems. Be sure to ask your doctor about that. I think some people are more sensitive than others. Also your body has been through a terrific trauma! Be good to yourself and give yourself time to heal. Guest guest
You are right Kathy – it does seem whenever I’m down in the dumps it is a gloomy day.
