Lorrie,

It is good to hear from you! I'm glad to hear your bladder is better. I

have not had revision surgery, but do have some mild bladder problems.

And I have thought it might be part of my back problem.

Let me recommend one thing for your depression--LIGHT. Get some full

spectrum lights and turn them up full blast in the room you spend the

most time in. This won't help a lot, but it might help some and it sure

won't hurt you. I think the meds you are on might be causing some of

your problems. Be sure to ask your doctor about that. I think some

people are more sensitive than others. Also your body has been through

a terrific trauma! Be good to yourself and give yourself time to heal.

You are right Kathy – it does seem

whenever I’m down in the dumps it is a gloomy day.
