Potassium

Hi Bee,

I'm still doing okay with the diet and feeling good. My skin is really

dry (it's never been this dry). Is it to do with adding salt to

everything? I was thinking of taking kelp to help with this.

Also, I'm having a hair mineral analysis to check out different levels

of things. One thing that the lady has already told me is that I have

low potassium levels and I could maybe consider supplementing.

I think this would be bad for my adrenals, isn't it good that my

potassium is low if I have adrenal fatigue attached to my candida?

Everything I have read about adrenal fatigue suggests potassium should

be kept to a minimum.

Thanks,

Amy
