National Gathering Survey

Dear Group,

Here is a survey for you to fill out concerning the date to be chosen

for our National Gathering. You will be given two dates in October to

choose from. We had picked a date in September but that date didn't

work for Cam our leader, and we want her to be there, so we had to put

other dates out for choosing. Please read the survey carefully,and

only respond to the survey if you are definately going to attend, that

way we can get an accurate count. Majority rules as far as a date.

Once we have a date it will be much easier for us to make arrangements

for a hotel and a meeting room, or a restaurant to have our meeting

at. I would like to thank Bonnie for her many hours researching

options for us, and for putting the survey together. I hope all

of you can attend, I can't wait to meet you all!
