Hi ...

I've seen a lot of videos, and I have to tell you that they can be

super confusing. If you want to understand what goes on during

surgery, you might be better off doing a search on scoliosis surgery

animation. There's a good one here:

Hi ,

I know what's going on but I wanted to show someone else what is

going on. The ORLive video shows an hour out of the middle of the

operation. I'd like a video that shows more than that.

I assume you mean this video, the 1 hour segment? (as opposed to the

3minute into):

Are you just asking, or do you want to see something in particular?

Certainly the above presentation would give someone a pretty decent

overview of a pediatric procedure. It is very graphic!

I think to really get a sense of what goes on in even the simplest of

scoliosis surgeries, the video would have to be at least 3-4 hours

long. I'm not sure there are too many sites that have that kind of

bandwidth, and not too many people will have the staying power to

watch for that long.
