I take the Ultimate Enzyme, too, though I bought it from a different source on-line and when my allergies or other respiratory problems flare up then I take 10 on an empty stomach as soon as I get up to help with my symptoms. I prefer to take the Ultimate Enzyme on an empty stomach and, for digestive needs, take Zypan made by Standard Process, with meals. - > No problem!
