> Jaen,

I am would be curious to hear what you think of the vega test. A little

while ago, while visiting the " Wellness Apothecary " (run by a former

pharmacist) in Winnipeg, Rob eagerly showed us his whole vega testing

set up. Would love to hear how it goes for you.

Hm... what are your thoughts or experiences? This talking about

allergies reminded me of Vega test that I had about a year ago,

before I started candida diet... The main reason I've done it is

because of my chronic constipation. Anyway, I went to this naturopath

only two times, I didn't get the impression that he knew what he was

talking about, and it was way too expensive for my pocket.

Anyway, I put the results in my drawer, and just now remembered about

whole testing thing. He did the short vega version, and I " strongly "

reacted to:

cow's milk and cheese

wheat

coy

corn

tomato

strawberry

alcohol

MSG

aspartame

Funny, he said that Candida was " OK " . :)

And chocolate, sugar, coffee, yeast... didn't produce any reaction.

Although, I had no idea if " reaction " was considered a good or bad thing! Haha.

As I said, I forgot all about it earlier... it didn't make much sense

to me. Now I'm bringing the topic only out of curiosity.

Take care,

Jasmina
