I'd gotten way off track with my eating habits and I know that I need to get moving (no pun intended) in a positive direction again. Dr. Schulze believes so strongly about the bowel cleanse that he says basically to not bother doing anything else until you've got the bowels working right and cleansed. (That's definitely a paraphrase - not a direct quote!). Anyway, good luck with this cleansing. I hope you'll keep us posted. I'm just starting with the IF2 today.
