Guest guest
Hi Bee I just wanted to let you know that I did eliminate the Nacetyl cysteine and plant sterolins from my diet and added chlorophyll but have had no change in the " arthritis " in my finger and toes. However yesterday my finger suddenly became very stiff and I experienced joint pain all over my body again as well as all night. I looked back to the last time this happened and I think there may be a food connection. Both times I had eaten asparagus and/or dandelion so I think it is something in those foods or the pesticides on them. It is more probably pesticides that my injured detox pathways, from chemical sensitivity, can't handle. So I will avoid these foods in future. I am able to buy some organic veggies but not meats etc. so this may be the problem. I know it isn't the candida diet causing me problems because all my outward symptoms have healed, I've gained 10 pounds and for the first time in my adult life I am at my desired weight. I've regained all my strength and endurance that I lost the 6 years ago and am no longer exhausted all the time. I'll be continuing with the diet in it's strictest form for another year or so since I've had candida probably most of my life and chemical sensitivity since my teen years if not earlier. Thanks Bee and take care of yourself. Laurie
