I was researching old posts because of some problems with itching and

dry skin and saw that some of you are using coconut oil on your skin.

I will try this but now I am confused. I also read that I have to use

a certain type of oil. I looked at my bottle and it does not specify

what type of coconut oil it is. What am I suppost to look for? Please

don't tell me to read the database again. I have but the articles are

long and there is no type of search function to get to the place right

away. The oil I got is lighid and if I use it on my skin it would not

be like a real cream.

==>Sorry but it is important to get all the information you require

from the articles; for buying the correct coconut oil see the Coconut

Oil Folder, or my main article which you can use your Find function on

to search for " coconut oil " . The search is up at the top of your

Internet Explorer, under Edit. You only want to use a good quality

coconut oil on your skin that you would be able to eat. Your skin is

extremely absorbent.
