Guest guest
Hi , That happened to me several times, especially after liver flush. It sounds like you have released some stones from your gallblader; shoulder pain, acompanied by right rib cage is a sign of that. The best way to prove that is to drink 1 teaspoon epson salt in a 10 oz water, if the pain subsides, then more cleansing is called for. Sardar --------------------------------- Post your free ad now! Guest guest
Sardar's suggestion is a good one. However, instead of going back for more colonics you might try some very gentle warm enemas, starting with a baking soda/salt enema but go easy, especially at first and take the enemas very slowly, relaxed on a bed if possible. Depending on the colon therapist's technique, some of these therapists fill the beginner's colon quite high and then that plus the 'massaging' can also make a person feel sore. It was unclear from your post how much experience you've had in all of this. Shortly after, I started having pain on my right side under my ribs, by my liver. Also, I have pain across my stomach above my belly button where it was massaged during the colonic. My stomach now feels hard. Could anyone suggest what might have happened? What can I do to correct it? It's pretty uncomfortable. Guest guest
Some times I don't explain things clearly. I agree with you colonic is expensive, time consuming, and it is not that different from enemas. I have done many coffee, salt, taheboo tea, etc enemas, 21 liver flushes so far-that require expelling the toxins out of body, and kidney cleansings as well. When I get nausea or brain fog, a quick enema reliefs it, but alas temporarly- the toxins has to be removed from the body. sardar Edie Webber <ediewebber@...> wrote: Sardar's suggestion is a good one. It was unclear from your post how much experience you've had in all of this. From Me, Dale; I would like to note here, again, that a colon cleansing is for the prime purpose of helping the liver eliminate toxins from the body. This is accomplished in a number of ways. The first is by eating foods that the body can use for this purpose and then if there has been a past habit of a poor intake of proper nutrition, there is then enemas or colonics, which includes colemas. A colon cleansing such as is accomplished by one of these modalities will stimulate the liver to help it " Dump " old blood and toxins with that dump. A dump can be noticed when there is the diarrhea like sensation that will occur once the dumping starts to take place. It can be noted in the view screen as a darkend movement or it may be an illuminated flush having varied colors of greenish yellow. The prelude is something like the same sensation one gets when sick and has to get relief very quickly. The reason being, this is a toxin removing effect most notable with having the flu. The result of your colonic can certainly be called successful in one sense and disappointing in another. It certainly let you know that there is a need for certain caution, and a consideration of helping the liver and gallbladder. There is a need to get them back to the condition at which they work at an optimal level. Bowel cleansing is just one of the means by which to get them to that level. I use colonics as a means of doing a really quick and easy liver flush. I do this by consuming around three to four ounces of Extra Virgin Olive Oil around 3 to 4 hours before a colonic. Usually I will be able to start noting stones towards the end of the session as the ones that are floating on the top of the water going through the view tube or as my colonist calls it; " BM TV " . I may also have a few show in a movement the next morning. To achieve the same results from an enema, is very difficult and time consuming, but can have its own rewards. It takes a lot of fills and dumps to get the water to where you start to feel it on the right side, and really start to get a stronger dumping sensation, that gurgle feeling.. However, a person can certainly tell by doing an enema if they had or still have a need for a bowelcleansing. This is done by noting whether there is a severely putrid odor observed once the matter is relieved from the right side. Usually you will not be able to smell this when getting a colonic but it may be notable with a colema and most certainly is noticed when doing an enema that reaches to the right side. It would appear that you need to consider the interplay of bowelcleansing with the need for doing a liver and gallbladder cleanse. The liver, pancreas, gallbladder and the colon are organs of which are very synergetic with each other. When working with any one of these there is also the need to consider what you are doing to, or for, the others. The heart is also in the mix but is really more of a recipient of the good done for these other organs. Dale
