Guest guest
the specks seem to happen to me when I'm low in iron. I take 325 mgs (I think) of ferrous sulfate about 2-3 times per week and that doesn't happen, but if I miss a dose or 2, I get it back ----Original Message Follows---- From: " D G " <deanasinfl@...> Reply-hypothyroidism hypothyroidism Subject: RE: Armour shortage Date: Thu, 01 Apr 2004 18:30:23 +0000 THANKS fpr the info. I have been considering using a gerneric form anyway. I understand that it is the same as the real Armour. Armour's patent is over and generics are possible. Anyone have any info on generics ? _________________________________________________________________ Find a broadband plan that fits. Guest guest
hi there. regarding the " floaters " or what looks like specks of dust in front of your eyes...well, I've had it most of my life. To me, it doesn't really look like dust. It looks like something you would see under a microscope...like a cell or something. I can draw it, and in fact, I drew it for my neurologist. When I've asked other people over the years if they see they, they all say no. I thought it was a visual hallucination of some kind. My neurologist told me what I'm describing is how many people with migraines describe the aura they have which is associated with migraines. I asked him how come sometimes I see these " floaters " but don't have a migraine. He told me that the aura is a warning sign that a migraine is coming on. Ok, true. He said when I see the floaters, that's my aura. If the migraine doesn't come on, it means that a migraine was in the works but for whatever reason didn't come on. Now I have no idea if what I experience is similar to what you experience. My migraines have few and far inbetween since I started Armour, and actually, I'm not seeing those " floaters " nearly as much. Good luck. I hope you figure out what it is. hugs, sheila D G <deanasinfl@...> wrote: THANKS fpr the info. I have been considering using a gerneric form anyway. Guest guest
Hi folks...i recently posted about a possible Armour shortage. It was posted in another group. Just wanted to let you know you might want to get your script filled a little early just in case. I went to the pharmacy tonight to get mine filled early. The pharmacist said they've been having shortages the past couple of weeks but they had my strength. Sheila
