I have been dedicated to a holistic lifestyle for over 18 years and what

you're doing is how I see people heal...on and off, lots of " failures "

(learning experiences to drive you forward), etc. The trick is to not give

up. For the mere fact you are on this path and this group and tried a fast

says a lot for where you are at with your healing. I say good for you and

keep up the great work. After all these years I STILL go through these

trials and errors, it seems to be how I learn for the most part, lol. Hang

in there :-)

I am assuming the radar system is one's intuition? Following your

" gut feeling " ? A person's " higher knowing " .....whatever you want to call

it?
