Guest guest Posted March 31, 2006 Report Posted March 31, 2006 My name is any and I am in Houston, TX. I am a new member to this group and I would like to describe my health situation to solicite feedback from any of you out there that may have some much appreciated experience or wisdom to offer me. I have always been a very healthy, highly competative athlete (college socce player) but late in college i developed a chronic stuffy nose which turned into nasal polyps. I have now had surgery to remove nasal polyps twice and after about 8 years of chronic a stuffy nose I have decided never to have that surgery again and to take my health into my own hands. Ihave done several liver flushes with good results and I recently did an elimination diet and determined that I am pretty sensitive to soy (in addition to a severe milk allergy that i have had my entire life, even though when i was yournger i chose to ignore it fairly often). I have never done any type of bowel clease but I think it is time. For the past five days I have been following an anti-candida diet because i think candida may be part of my problem and because i noticed on the elimiation diet that after about 5 days of not eating I had almost no mucus and congestion in my nose for the first time in a very long time. Here is my questions: I have looked into several bowel and parasite cleanses involving P & B shakes, anti-parasite herbs like clarkia and PC123, the ultimate cleanse, etc and I am really not where someone like me should begin. Should I follow a plan to treat candida first before something like the unlimate cleanse (since you have a lot of sugar in the maple syrup) or just start with shakes or what? I am pretty confused. Andy feedback is very very much apprectiated. Thanks. andy Quote
