I was wandering what your opinion on taking liquid bentonite would be? I know someone that said he took it, and swore by it. BUT... I am thinking along the lines of what you said about psyllium, and thinking bentonite would even be worse, since it is a clay and ya would think the clay would harden within the intestine, and not move easily through. Curious to get your opinion, and or anyone elses on this list. Carol (the little mad nutritional scientist)
Guest guest
Carol, Bentonite is not as devastating on the colon as Psyllium, but should still be taken with caution and only with GREAT eliminations to follow. If that means a group of colonics or cholema board sessions or enemas, that is perfect, you just can't rely on the bentonite to move itself through. Guest guest
Greetings, What is Woods Colonic? I tried to search google for what it is or what it is composed of, or what technique. Can you assist? > >In a message dated 8/21/04 3:08:12 AM Central Daylight Time, >josh_epstein39@... writes: > > > > Psyllium and most bulking fibers that even the best > > intentioned naturopaths love to suggest for cleansing > > the bowels and generally helping health is just about > > the hardest thing for 95% of human colons to move > > completely though and out. > > > > What this means is that everything good you are doing > > is being counteracted by this mass of concrete-like > > psyllium that sticks to the walls of your bowels and > > forces waste and mucus back into your blood and slows > > the bodies natural healing down to a crawl. > > > > I know it sounds like a great thing and in theory it > > makes sense, but our lineage and our eating over the > > past 10-12 generations has mutated our colons enough > > that we cannot fully pass the psyllium without help. > > > > So unless you are getting Wood's colonics before > > during and after the psyllium, there will continue to > > be a residue buildup of concrete in your colon that > > just doesn't go anywhere. > > > > Please continue everything you are exploring and know > > that in one or two months of not taking psyllium and > > juicing and taking care of yourself, you will rocket > > forward in your overall health and wellnes. > > > > Good Luck! > > > > Josh > > >Hi Josh..interesting what you said about psyllium. >I was wandering what your opinion on taking liquid bentonite would be? Guest guest
Greetings , Perhaps you can simply explain this, as I used the search engine and could not find it nor do I understand the relationship to the Psyllium and Benonite method. Thank you. Christ > >Look up Wood Gravitational Method > > > > > >--- Christ <christ611121@...> wrote: > > > Greetings, > > > > What is Woods Colonic?
