Hi Josh..interesting what you said about psyllium.

I was wandering what your opinion on taking liquid bentonite would be? I know

someone that said he took it, and swore by it. BUT... I am thinking along the

lines of what you said about psyllium, and thinking bentonite would even be

worse, since it is a clay and ya would think the clay would harden within the

intestine, and not move easily through.

Curious to get your opinion, and or anyone elses on this list.

Carol,

Bentonite is not as devastating on the colon as

Psyllium, but should still be taken with caution and

only with GREAT eliminations to follow. If that means

a group of colonics or cholema board sessions or

enemas, that is perfect, you just can't rely on the

bentonite to move itself through.

What is Woods Colonic? I tried to search google for what it is or what

it is composed of, or what technique. Can you assist?

Perhaps you can simply explain this, as I used the search engine and

could not find it nor do I understand the relationship to the Psyllium and

Benonite method. Thank you.
