Summer,

Go to www.leanandstrong.com and check out their healthy recipes section.

TONS of stuff there. More than you could ever eat.

Are you vegetarian?

> What is it with people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

> Last night Hubby and I had a big what-to about this way of

eating!! His uncle used to own a dairy farm so he thinks he knows all

about Beef!!!!!!!! GRR After a long and involved explanation on my

part he finally agreed that this is making a difference. But he won't

go along with his food being changed.. Ok I don't have a problem with

that. I have never wanted to inconvience him! (Little does he know

of the repackaging of lots of the food I did today!! LOL

==>It is very frustrating trying to help others understand especially

one's hubby. I don't have a hubby but used to and they can be

wonderful cantankerous creatures. What a wonderful way to re-invent

his food, by re-packing it - you go girl!! LOL!

> Then today my Dr looked at me like I had 3 heads when I told him

about the Naturpath's findings. Yah " they like to scare people " he

says. According to the tests I had done through my GP Nothing is

wrong with me except to much iron in my system. So I says " explain

to me then why I was exhausted all the time - now I have energy to

burn " --- AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH He said " the mind is a powerful

thing " !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well I stomped out of his office never to

return.. I will find another caring, understanding DR!!!!!!!!!!!!

>

> Thanks for letting me vent!!!!!!!!!!

==>GRRR - Vent away Cory. This is place for it. " Frustration city " ,

isn't it? I bet it felt good to stomp out of your Drs office. I wish

I could have stomped a bit myself when I got attacked by my Sister

for trying to help her with her husband who has cancer. She yelled

at me for 10 minutes that we are not to fear any of the foods God put

on this earth, i.e. fruit. I had told her that sugar feeds cancer,

even fruits, honey, etc. She defiantly said " so I bought fruit,

sugar and honey today, so there! " But she did buy olive oil and

butter instead of margarine. So that was one win.

==>That's very well done for taking a stand Cory!

Big Hugs, Bee

I love the tip of setting a timer for 15 minutes. It is so true. sometimes I

will use songs too. Clean for two songs. Rest, craft, read...two songs...It

really helps to make the time fly and before I know it I have all my stuff done.

Also, break it down into really small piece. Small bits-perhaps ;)

best of luck,
