I hope no one will be disappointed in what I am about to say... There are no short cuts to doing the cleanse. It is an entire package, a new way of doing. It is different from Dr. e's way of cleansing. I am worried that a large stone could get caught in the bile duct thus resulting in emergency surgery. Any onw out there have any info? THANKS!! Apple juice has malic acid in it that is good for gall stones. There is a product called Stone free which I have not used but I have heard great things. Gold coin grass is another one. There is another product which works well but I don't remember the name. Check out the gallstones group on by sending an email to the below address or go to the page. They have some real knowledgeable people there or go to the www.curezone.com. It is possible to pass large stones depending on how large they are, without discomfort, but You did not say how large it was so I would opt with dissolving.
