Guest guest
Hi Kim, Well, you've seen my swollen elephant legs, so you know i can relate. And I'm assuming you saw the pics of me when I was 300 plus pounds??? You know I felt hideous then. I really hated myself. All I can tell you is that I had pretty much given up on ever being able to lose weight when I went and saw that dietician. but it happened. it can happen for you too. You need to get the right thyroid meds first & get your digestive problems straightened out. Think about seeing a dietician. Did you read my story about weight loss yet? Good luck tomorrow. I know I would be scared out of my mind, but it'll be over before you know it. We're here for you! hugs, sheila Girlie <kckim@...> wrote: argh i get so tired of my mom telling me my great aunts had hypo thyroidism in the extrete nad they had swollen fattest arms and legs nad just hideously fat and that i look just like them ..(I have very abnormally fat upper arms).. makes me so sad
