if it's a link and does not recongize it they will call it

spam, but if you know who it's from it's up to you to open it---so

not to worry---this is ususally the heading they use for anyone

sending info they do not recongize--most of the time if there is a

link involved---we get this all the time on the stock message boards,

we have to leave out the www. or the http. for info to be posted.

no I am virus free---someone's pc has my email address and uses it as

spam--this happen long time ago---it's best to just log into this

site instead of having the posts mailed back to you---any pc can and

will copy a address on these open sites and use them without you ever

knowing about it.---go to edit my membership to change your mailbox--

I only log onto to get these messages---too many of them would

clog me up!! and this way you would be protected from this sort of

thing.
