Guest guest
Cam, If only we had known back then what we know now. Nana died when I was 17 and no one in the family bought her house. We were poor and grew up lower middle class. My mother had 10 children, I was the youngest. My father left when I was four but we were close to Nana. my mother sold her house when I was 20 ish. I was working then and did not buy her home either. Of course, as we look back we all said, what were we thinking that we didn't buy these houses. Some of the older kids could have by then but were all busy with their own plans. I miss the Vineyard and all it's quaintness. Mostly, I miss the endless quietness where an afternoon feels like a very long time. > > , > > Spooky...but stuff can leave a big impression from when you are a > kid.
